With Zachy’s website initially launched on Magento 1, the cost of maintenance was rising, and there was a growing slump in online sales. The client was keen to see how we could reimagine their dot com.
The redesigned experience was designed with the user in mind,
leveraging Google Analytics to inform the experience.

To amplify the returning user experience, we dynamically populated the site's content to their interests. A returning user with a history of purchasing Chilean wine for example, will be served up content & products from Chile, creating a more personalized, relevant experience.

Discovery For The New User

As we dove into the data for our new users, we learned they were searching the site predominantly by country. To elevate their experience, we created a secondary “sticky” swipe-able header, allowing our new users to narrow in on the country of their interest quickly.
